Family Time @ The Pumpkin Patch

Once again I've been remiss in my blogging. How can it be Halloween already? Time is just flying by at warp speed and I find myself trying to cram as much as I can into every day. It just feel like life is going by faster than ever, and I want to enjoy my girls every waking moment that I can.

I got the chance to do that last week, when my oldest daughter Kelly, showed up for a surprise visit. She didn't tell us she was coming, she just appeared Thursday evening around dinner time. It was wonderful to have all my girls together again. Rarely is my sense of contentment as strong as when everyone is here together. We had a ball while she was here. The highlight of her visit was a morning at the pumpkin patch and then a family cookout in the evening.
